If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

To start a return, email us at samueljales@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

SHIPPING POLICY

We're a UK-based online store and currently ship internationally to fulfil your order. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at samueljales@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
